We can't dwell enough on tree bark! Let's take the time to discover them, admire their sometimes astonishing shapes and colors, but also understand the function of bark and reproduce it more artistically.
These discreet, nocturnal residents of our gardens seek out suitable shelters in the fall where they can spend the winter. The hedgehog, which undergoes partial hibernation, has its own requirements... Learn how to prepare a shelter worthy of their winter. It's also an opportunity to learn more about this endangered species.
Accompanied by a guide, learn the technique of creating a herbarium by collecting colorful leaves along a walk through the gardens. You'll learn to identify tree and shrub species. For adults and children.
Using autumn leaves collected from the gardens, create your own little works of art featuring animals and other fantastical shapes in this small nature workshop. > Learn more
